Neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio as a predictor of severe postoperative edema and ecchymosis in open rhinoplasty surgery

Purpose: This study investigated the relationship between preoperative neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and severe postoperative edema ecchymosis after open rhinoplasty.
 Materials Methods: The was carried out retrospectively in 165 ASA I-II patients aged 18-45 years who underwent rhinoplasty Department of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery. were grouped based on their scores scales. degree considered “minimal” (Group M) those scoring 0-2 points “severe” S) 3-4 points.
